These terms govern your use of https://arunsharmaguruji.com and any consultation booked through it with Sri Mookambika Jyothishyalaya. By booking a consultation you accept them.

What is being offered

Dr. Pandit Sri Sidhant Arun Sharma Guruji offers Vedic astrological consultation, horoscope and kundali analysis, kundali matching, vastu consultation and prescribed remedial measures. Consultations take place at the Whitefield premises or remotely by telephone or video.

The nature of the service

Astrological consultation is offered for guidance and personal reflection. It is interpretive. Nothing said in a consultation is a statement of fact about the future, and no outcome is or can be guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own decisions. Astrological guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, financial or investment advice, and it should never be used in place of them. Please see our Disclaimer.

Booking and payment

• Fees are shown on the site and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is taken in advance to confirm a slot
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your payment details
• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and a time slot has been allocated
• Fees may change at any time, but never for a consultation already paid for

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

What we need from you

A reading is only as accurate as the birth details it is based on. You are responsible for providing your date, time and place of birth as accurately as you can. We are not responsible for a reading that proves inaccurate because the details given were wrong.

You also agree to:

• Be 18 or older, or to have the consent of a parent or guardian
• Provide truthful information
• Treat Guruji and his staff with courtesy
• Not record a consultation without permission

What we will not do

Guruji's practice is classical Vedic astrology and the remedies prescribed by it. He does not undertake any work intended to control, coerce or harm another person, and requests of that kind will be declined.

He will not predict a person's death, and he will not offer readings intended to replace medical treatment. Where a matter is properly one for a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser, he will say so.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and other material on this site belong to Sri Mookambika Jyothishyalaya and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Any written report prepared for you is for your personal use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sri Mookambika Jyothishyalaya is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from decisions taken following a consultation. Our total liability in respect of any consultation will not exceed the fee you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
