Disclaimer

We would rather say this plainly than bury it. Please read it before booking.

Astrology is guidance, not certainty

Vedic astrology is an interpretive tradition. A reading reflects Guruji's judgement of what a birth chart indicates. It is offered for guidance and personal reflection, and it carries no guarantee of accuracy or of any particular outcome.

Astrology is not recognised as a science. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that it is.

No guaranteed results

No consultation, remedy, gemstone, mantra or puja offered here is promised to produce a specific result. Any person or website guaranteeing a fixed outcome from astrology — a marriage, a job, a person's return — should be treated with caution. We do not make such promises.

Not a substitute for professional advice

Astrological guidance must never replace qualified professional advice.

• Medical or psychiatric — always consult a doctor. Never stop, change or delay prescribed treatment because of anything said in a consultation.
• Legal — consult an advocate on any legal matter.
• Financial — consult a qualified adviser before any investment or major financial decision.

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact a medical professional or a helpline immediately rather than seeking an astrological consultation.

Your decisions remain yours

You are responsible for what you choose to do. Sri Mookambika Jyothishyalaya accepts no liability for any loss or consequence arising from decisions taken after a consultation.

Accuracy depends on your birth details

A chart is cast from the date, time and place of birth you provide. Even a small error in the time of birth can change the reading materially. We cannot be responsible for a reading based on inaccurate details.

What Guruji will not do

Guruji does not undertake any work intended to control, coerce or harm another person. He does not predict death. He does not offer readings intended to replace medical treatment.
