Refund & Cancellation

We would rather you got the consultation than the refund, so this policy is meant to be simple and fair. It applies to every consultation booked through https://arunsharmaguruji.com.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule free of charge, up to 12 hours before your slot, by calling or messaging the office. There is no limit on how many times you may reschedule, provided each request meets the 12-hour notice.

Cancellation and refunds

• More than 24 hours before the slot — full refund
• Between 12 and 24 hours before — 50% refund, or reschedule free of charge
• Less than 12 hours before, or no-show — no refund, as the slot cannot be given to anyone else at that notice

If we cancel

If Guruji has to cancel or postpone for any reason, you will be offered either a new slot at your convenience or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This applies however close to the consultation the cancellation happens.

Technical failures

If an online consultation cannot go ahead because of a technical problem at our end, it will be rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full. If the problem is at your end and the consultation cannot proceed, we will do our best to reschedule, though this is at our discretion.

Where refunds are not given

• Once a consultation has taken place, on the grounds of disagreeing with the reading
• Where a reading proves inaccurate because the birth details supplied were wrong
• For remedies, pujas or gemstones already performed, arranged or dispatched
• Because a predicted outcome did not occur — astrological guidance is interpretive and no outcome is guaranteed

How to request a refund

Call +91 96063 80605 or write to info@arunsharmaguruji.com with your name, the phone number you booked with, and the date of the consultation.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. They are processed within 5 to 7 working days of approval; how long the money then takes to appear depends on your bank, and is usually a further 3 to 5 working days.

Questions

If something about a consultation has not gone as it should, please speak to us before anything else. Most matters are resolved with a phone call.
